About the Foundation
The Nur-Mubarak Public Foundation was established to raise charitable funds for the construction of a new academic building for the Nur-Mubarak Egyptian University of Islamic Culture.
The University is the leading centre of Islamic education in Kazakhstan. It trains specialists in Islamic studies, religious studies and translation; more than 80% of its graduates work for the benefit of society, strengthening religious literacy and national values.
The existing building was designed for 700 students, yet the University today has more than 3,300 enrolled. The new building will eliminate the shortage of academic space, expand educational programmes and create modern conditions for students, faculty and researchers.

The construction of the new building is the Foundation's flagship project. Its aim is to expand the University's educational infrastructure and provide students with modern facilities for study and research.

Certificates
The Nur-Mubarak Certificate is a personalised document confirming a donor's participation in the construction of the University's new academic building.
There are five levels of participation — from ₸50,000 (100 bricks) to ₸1,000,000 (2,000 bricks). The certificate holder's name is entered into the University's Book of Benefactors. The certificate is issued in print and as a PDF.

Reports
The Foundation upholds the principles of transparency and accountability. We regularly publish information on donations received, how funds are spent and the progress of construction. The Foundation's financial activities are subject to an independent audit.

NM Academy
An online platform for studying the Qur'an and Islamic disciplines, established at the Nur-Mubarak Egyptian University of Islamic Culture. The programmes cover Qur'anic recitation and tajwid, the fundamentals of creed (aqidah), fiqh, Islamic history and the Arabic language.
Classes are taught by qualified instructors with relevant academic backgrounds. The flexible format allows students to learn at their own pace, regardless of age or prior level.
